Sports Premium at Mengham Junior School

[Scroll down to see how it was used in in the previous years and its impact.]

Our overall aim with our sports premium allocation is to improve our facilities, equipment and PE teaching skills so that pupils access a quality PE education across a range of sports and physical activity. In order for these improvements to be sustained, we prioritise the purchase of physical equipment that will last for years to come. Where we have allocated money to a PE specialist, they work alongside teaching staff to improve their PE teaching which will have a benefit in their lessons beyond the current academic year.
