Induction Evening Invitation
 
Dear Parents and Carers
 
You and your child/children are invited to an Induction meeting on Thursday 11th July at 6 pm.
 
We look forward to welcoming you and your family to Mengham Junior School.  The evening will last approximately an hour and will provide you with the opportunity to meet the staff, who will be working with your child, ask any questions you may have and tour the school.
 
As stated in our previous letter, the Welcome Handbook contains details of the online school uniform ordering service.  Brigade is our normal supplier of uniform and therefore all orders will be delivered to Mengham Junior School.  The Brigade website is http://www.brigade.uk.com/content.php?page=select_school&for=parents
Please note: the last order date for delivery into our school before the summer break is Sunday 30th June.  When your order arrives, we will inform you that it is ready for collection.
 
We have four houses in school and the colours are red for Shackleton, yellow for Nelson, green for MacArthur and blue for Ainsley.  We will inform you of your child’s house colour during the Induction Evening and give you the opportunity to purchase the coloured PE T-Shirt, cost £5.50Please note: Payments accepted by cash or cheque only (no cards).
